About the Role :
We are seeking a highly qualified BHT Supervisor to join our team at Recovery By The Sea (RBS). As a BHT Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our behavioral health technicians (BHTs) and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care. You will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and provide ongoing support to our BHTs.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a behavioral health setting
- Experience supervising and managing a team of BHTs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

As a BHT Supervisor, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with our clinical team and provide ongoing support and training to our BHTs. You will also use your knowledge of behavioral health and treatment planning to develop and implement effective treatment plans for our patients. In addition, you will use your organizational and time management skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Your ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations will be essential in this role. Finally, your commitment to providing high-quality care to our patients will be reflected in everything you do.
