What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
- Sales-Driven Role: This is a client-focused sales role where you’ll be helping clients choose health plans that best meet their needs.
- Be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them toward the best coverage options and explaining how each plan fits their unique situation.
- Offer friendly, proactive support by answering questions and ensuring each client feels informed and confident in their decision.
- Keep up with the latest in health insurance trends and policy changes so you can provide clients with current, accurate advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams and healthcare providers to create a seamless experience for every client.
What We’re Looking For:
- Top-notch Communication Skills: You’re great with people and know how to make complex info easy to understand.
- Strong Multitasker: You’re comfortable handling multiple tasks and can adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience Welcome but Not Required: If you’ve worked in healthcare, sales, or customer service, that’s a plus! But if not, we provide all the training you need.
