Execute and manage staff payroll on a weekly and biweekly basis, ensuring accuracy and punctuality in payments. Manage the billing process related to payroll, ensuring the correct issuance and delivery of invoices. Conduct regular visits to clients for follow-up, management, and support, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives. Supervise and optimize the work team and internal processes for efficient and effective operation. Manage workflows, seeking to improve operational efficiency, and ensuring that all processes function correctly. Generate task management reports and follow up on compliance with clients and the operational team on a weekly basis. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, guaranteeing regulatory compliance in operations. Skills that a Human Resources Coordinator needs: Ability to manage tasks, track time, and allocate resources effectively. High ability to monitor multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing situations. Effective communication skills with both internal teams and clients. Analytical capacity for continuous process improvement and resolution of operational problems. Focus on results, with an orientation towards optimizing resources and time. Requirements: Bachelor´s in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related careers. Be able to work legally in the USA. Experience in staffing and/ or outsourcing sector, preferably in operational positions. Languages: Bilingual ( English - Spanish) with fluency both written and verbal.

Salary : $40,000 - $42,000
