Human Resources Coordinator
Purpose of the Position: The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for the comprehensive management of operational processes related to selection, hiring, payroll, billing and customer service in the staffing and outsourcing sector. His/her main objective is to guarantee the efficiency and compliance of operational processes, as well as to maintain fluid communication with clients and the work team to ensure compliance with the company's expectations and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and support staff selection and recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Execute and manage staff payroll on a weekly and biweekly basis, ensuring accuracy and punctuality in payments.
- Manage the billing process related to payroll, ensuring the correct issuance and delivery of invoices.
- Conduct regular visits to clients for follow-up, management, and support, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Supervise and optimize the work team and internal processes for efficient and effective operation.
- Manage workflows, seeking to improve operational efficiency, and ensuring that all processes function correctly.
- Generate task management reports and follow up on compliance with clients and the operational team on a weekly basis.

Location: Miami.
Work visa or work permit for the USA.
Modality: Full-time, Permanent.
Salary: Range of $40,000 to $42,000 (negotiable annual basis).
