Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at our front desk.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial transactions
- Ability to computerize data efficiently
- Strong clerical skills including typing and data entry
- Experience in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records
- Familiarity with Google Suite for office management tasks
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist is a plus
- Excellent proofreading skills for written communications
