Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement early childhood lesson plans that align with the curriculum
-Designs and implements appropriate instruction of content area(s) assigned in with the school standards, curriculum, and student needs
- Plans, prepares, and delivers lesson plans and instructional materials that maximize student engagement and learning.
- Utilizes a variety of teaching practices and methodologies that reflect
Skills:
- Early intervention skills to identify and address students' needs promptly
- Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Proficient in proofreading student work for accuracy and creativity
- Tutoring abilities to provide one-on-one support to students as needed
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of education administration for effective classroom management
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Texas Teacher Certification - Generalist EC-4 or EC-6
- Proven experience in classroom management and early intervention strategies
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging lesson plans
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting
- Familiarity with education administration and communication skills
- Ability to proofread and provide constructive feedback on student work
