As the Strategic Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving online growth by developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns. This will include managing digital channels, optimizing content, analyzing performance, and refining strategies to improve engagement and conversions. This role involves collaboration with teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and stay ahead of industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and advertising strategies.
- Oversee website updates and manage vendor relationships.
- Drive search engine optimization (SEO), email acquisition, and social media campaigns.
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts.
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify trends and optimize spend and performance based on data insights.
- Create and implement growth strategies through digital marketing initiatives.
- Streamline vendor communications.
- Act as the brand identity gatekeeper across all platforms.
- Support marketing and digital strategies for new development projects.
- Oversee reputation management and respond to online reviews.
- Conduct audits for senior living directories.
- Collaborate on cross-departmental marketing projects.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing strategy and implementation.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing channels and tools.
- In-depth experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
- Strong creative skills, including web design capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
