Job Description
As a Nurse Practitioner with HarmonyCares, you will provide primary care to high acuity patients in their home Monday - Friday.
We seek experienced Nurse Practitioners who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care.
Requirements
- Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office is located
- Geriatric training/experience preferred
Location
We operate in several states, including MI, VA, WI, TX, IN, and IL.
