An AA independently works on a variety of administrative duties, including but not limited to the following: submission set-up, electronic filing, and policy issuance.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support and other related services as needed.
- Ensures accurate and timely servicing of accounts in accordance with Training Guidelines
- Assigned tasks are middle range in nature including but not limited to loss runs, initial renewal solicitations, and non-renewal notices.
- Enters, files and manages account information in the Agency Management system.
- Effectively handle any assigned accounting responsibilities including receipts, payables, and follow-ups
- Includes appropriate and explanatory email correspondence with retail brokers and carriers regarding accounting matters.
- Extracts and compiles data from various sources such as insurance applications
- Responsible for accurate coding of accounts in Agency Management system
- Provides administrative support for the entire office as needed.
- Answers and directs incoming calls.
- Reviews and prepares insurance policies for issuance.
- Provides cross-training and back-up support for processing items.
- Able to effectively train peers on some administrative tasks and provide cross-training and back-up support.
- Participates in projects / assignments as needed.
