Quantum Realty Management, LLC provides consulting services to clients in by performing on-site property inspections at multi-family properties throughout the country as well as reviewing tenant files provided by property management.
Responsibilities
- Include scheduling and coordinating property inspections across the country for our inspectors, relaying information to property management, entering details on trip schedules.
- Also tracking and entering tenant files from property managers from a secure server, determining what client the files are for, and track on appropriate spreadsheet.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and reports as needed.
- Utilize email /phone systems effectively to communicate with clients and staff.
- Qualifications
- We are seeking a part-time office administrator with proven experience with Excel, Word, and especially Outlook is required.
- High attention to detail is a must as well as solid organizational, written and verbal skills as most communications is being via email.
- Demonstrated proficiency in administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
