Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems administration, and technology support services, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Build and manage vendor relationships to source effective IT tools and services.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure IT operational success.
- Streamline and enhance processes to improve service delivery, efficiency, and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data and analytics, information security, and project management, to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with users across departments, delivering responsive and reliable IT support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–10 years of experience in senior IT management roles.
- Proven expertise in managing IT infrastructure, help desks, device management, and systems administration.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
