Harnham is partnered with an AI fintech startup in the New York City area. They are looking for an experienced Research Engineer with a background in building production-ready LLMs. This person will sit on their engineering team and partner with stakeholders across the business.
If you are ready to work with one of the most innovative teams in the world on cutting-edge LLMs and RAG-based problems, this could be the job for you. You will need to work fast and break things, while also delivering some of the most novel concepts in new technologies.
THE ROLE
- You will build novel machine learning and LLM models to support new and existing platforms in finance
- You will report directly to the VP of Engineering and work closely on technical direction
- Own development of new PoCs and work MLE team to put them into production, using millions of pages of data per project
- You will implement and design code and build out to production using various machine learning and LLM techniques
- Potential to grow into a thought leader role for LLMs within the business
