Senior Recruitment Consultant – 360 recruitment experience
Salary: $45,000/$50,000 Base Performance-Based Uncapped Commission up to 30%
About the Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for a variety of clients, specializing in the Data Analytics sector. This is a true 360 recruitment role where you’ll be expected to source high-caliber candidates, build strong relationships with clients, and drive new business development through your sales expertise.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Around 60% is business development identifying new leads and clients to work with, 40% candidate sourcing and managing the interview processes to offer.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Identifying new business opportunities and growing your client base
- Business development and chasing leads to win jobs
- Negotiating and closing deals to achieve your personal and team targets
- Providing expert market insights and tailored solutions to both clients and candidates
- Working closely with the team to share best practices and foster a collaborative environment

Who We’re Looking For:
- 360 Agency Recruitment Experience: You’ll bring a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a sales-driven environment.
- Sales Experience: Whether in recruitment or another sector, your ability to identify opportunities and close deals is essential.
- Excellent Communicator: You should be able to negotiate effectively, build rapport with clients and candidates, and thrive in high-pressure situations.
