The Job
- Establish yourself as a market expert in Data & AI recruitment, taking full ownership of your desk.
- Drive business development by engaging new and existing clients through cold calls, emails, lead generation, market research, client visits, and networking events.
- Proactively source top-tier talent through headhunting, referrals, database searches, and targeted outreach.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service and honest communication.
- Set the standard for excellence, embodying Harnham’s values and leadership principles.
About You
- A proven full-desk recruiter with experience in agency recruitment, skilled in bringing in new business and placing top talent.
- Hungry for career progression with a clear path to growth based on performance.
- Experienced in—or eager to dive into—the Data & AI space, bringing curiosity and adaptability to a fast-moving market.
