Administrative / Accounting Assistant (Part-Time) Bloomfield Hills
Upscale retail boutique is seeking a flexible individual to handle a variety of administrative and accounting duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, along with great attention to detail. No Weekends, 3-4 day work week.
Responsibilities :
Maintain & update vendor and client contact information
Manage social media (Instagram, Facebook etc.) and company website
Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
Monitor email requests
Basic clerical duties - answering phones, filing, keeping stock of office supplies
Data entry, using QuickBooks software
Requirements :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
QuickBooks experience a plus
3 years Office Admin experience
