**Our Ideal Candidate:** We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Operations Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including data entry, financial reporting, and social media coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Coordinate social media and website activities
  • Process payments and reconcile accounts
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in office administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive attitude
