Equipment Maintenance: Oversee and maintain all wash tunnel components, including tunnel controllers, pumps, injectors, dryers, motors, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Preventative Maintenance: Establish and execute structured maintenance schedules, perform inspections, and document equipment conditions.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the first line of technical support, responding to urgent repairs and minimizing downtime.

Chemical Optimization: Monitor and adjust chemical usage for optimal wash quality and cost efficiency.

Inventory Management: Maintain stock of mission-critical spare parts and track equipment needs.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations, electrical safety standards, and chemical handling protocols.

5 years of experience in car wash maintenance, industrial machinery, or a related field.

Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including motor controls and PLCs.
