Overview
The InZone Program Specialist position is part of the InZone program management team. The InZone program is a summer program for ages 6-14 years of age. The Program Specialist position works closely with the InZone Program Aide position to ensure a safe environment for the participants of the program. The position oversees the creation of staff schedules, managing of InZone cafeteria supervision and coordination of the before and after care programs.
The Program Specialist role is to set positive expectations for student success as well as contribute to the vision of the program.
This position is under the direct supervision of the Manager of Operations, Wellness and Youth Programming for Community Education.
