Harper and Cook Landscaping is looking for Landscape Crew Supervisor to work along side owner to ensure jobs are completed within expectations. The right candidates will be bright, dependable workers with great attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity to join growing company. Must have 2-4yrs in landscape/construction management. Must be able pull trailers. Must have current drivers license. Will be responsible for managing crew while performing duties based on individual jobs. Mechanical experience a plus. Estimating/bidding and sales experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain lawns, shrubs, and trees.
- Wear appropriate clothing for outdoor work.
- Handle tools and equipment safely and efficiently to minimize injury.
- Work outside for long periods of time, often in hot or cold weather and in all types of weather.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
