Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Solutions Advisor at Harper Corporation of America. As a Technical Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service to help customers solve problems, improve performance, and reduce costs. On a day-to-day basis, you will use your analytical skills and effective communication to assist customers with their technical needs.
Qualifications

- Experience in a technical support role or similar position
