What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant, County Attorney position at Harper County, KS?
The Harper County Attorney’s Office is currently accepting applications for a Full Time Office Assistant. Under the supervision of the County Attorney, the Clerk is a non-exempt position under FLSA. Primary responsibilities include assisting the County Attorney in prosecuting criminal and civil lawsuits on behalf of the County, drawing up legal documents, and office administration. Researches law, investigates facts, and prepares documents to assist the County Attorney in various ways.
This is a detailed position requiring excellent customer service skills. Candidates must be detail oriented, possess good time management and organizational skills, and be able to multitask.
