Your New Role
This is a brand new roles within the company. As the Construction Project Manager, you will establish and maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors. You will prepare the project budget, change orders, and manage cost control budget adjustments. Furthermore, you will create schedules of values and receive billing approval from the architect / owner. This role has great growth potential!
What You’ll Need
- B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture.
- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager on projects over $25 million.
- Ideally experience in the k-12 space.
- Commercial construction space is required
Location : Austin, Texas (onsite)
Salary :
Up to $120,000 benefits 401k healthcare dental etc...
