Estimator – Commercial Construction - Permanent
Rochester, NY – Hybrid Position
Harper Harrison is partnered with a premier Real-Estate Investment Owner & Developer. Headquartered in California with Real Estate throughout 10-15 states, they are currently looking for an experienced Estimator to join their Commercial Construction team in Rochester, New York.
This is a hybrid function (3 days in office, 2 days working from home) that requires Commercial Construction (Ideally Tenant Improvement and Interior Fitouts) experience and must be located in or around the New York area.
Responsibilities
- Vizualization and build-out of Estimation plans at project conception of Commercial projects
- Prepare Conceptual Cost Estimates Tenant Improvement projects
- Using Excel, P6 or MS Project to Create Initial Project Schedules
- Review Tenant Construction Drawings to ensure they meet internal standards and to create estimates & schedules
