- 5 years of experience in Corporate, Commercial, or Workplace Interiors
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with a strong track record in developing comprehensive construction document sets
- In-depth knowledge of NYC and national DOB codes, compliance requirements, and filing strategies
- Experience with base building infrastructure, landlord coordination, and consultant management from design through shop drawing phases
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
