Overview :

HarperCollins Christian Publishing is looking for a book-loving professional to join our Marketing Operations team, an innovative group of analysts and marketers who support our internal sales, marketing, and publishing teams. We highly value diverse backgrounds and insights that fuel our innovation.This is a new hybrid position on a high-visibility team. Youll design and implement integrated and strategic PPC campaigns across our publishing verticals,

with a focus on TikTok, Meta, Amazon Advertising, and Google .The role will include responsibility to assist our metadata team with copywriting and keyword research for Cider Mill Press, a publisher of high-design and beloved childrens books like The Night Before Christmas and Aesops Fables.The role requires strong partnership / people skills, as you will work closely with colleagues in marketing, editorial, and sales, to build bridges across the company.This is a hybrid position based out of our Nashville, TN office.Responsibilities : An excellent communicator able to lead campaigns and collaborate creatively with a wide variety of stakeholders both internal and external to the business.A creative, commercial, and strategic thinker who is comfortable using consumer insight and market knowledge to produce best-in-class campaigns with real impact.ROI-focused, able to effectively measure results and evaluate campaigns, and share learnings with wider team and stakeholders.Enjoys keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, news, media and wider cultural landscape.Team-player, looking to share their learnings with the wider company in order to foster a culture of shared learning.Has a proven track record delivering digital excellence across a variety of online platforms, both organic and paid.Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced commercial environment, able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize with confidence.Thorough understanding of online retail metadata and consumer behavior.Product page copy analysis and copywriting updates.Development and execution of keyword research and strategies for book productsCombine human creativity with AI experimentation to create new efficiencies and solutions.

Qualifications : Skills Required

PPC experience in Meta, Google, and Amazon Advertising required.PPC experience in TikTok and Pinterest preferred.Strong copywriting, keyword research, and communication skills.Utilize reporting and dashboards to successfully communicate the effectiveness of efforts through established KPIs.A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders.An understanding of the commercial book market and book buyer.Proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent understanding of existing and emerging social media platforms.Data-driven and results focused.Knowledge : Working knowledge of consumer search patterns and methods of improving product findability.Solid understanding of AB testing and execution.Proficient verbal and written communication knowledge.Working knowledge of sales cycle funnels and working understanding of messaging differences in top of funnel strategies through consumer purchase.Proven track record in basic SEO keyword research. Knowledge of online retail.Graphic design experience (Canva or Photoshop) a plus.Work Experience :

3-5 years of experience in marketing or other related field. Preferred candidates will possess recent online / digital marketing responsibilities.

Education :

Bachelors degree preferred but will consider experience in lieu of degree. Degrees in advertising, English, communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field preferred.

Industry Knowledge : Knowledge of HCCP family of authors is preferred but not required. Publishing industry experience is not necessary.HarperCollins Christian Publishing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
