The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Staff Member to join our team at Long Trail Brewery & Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of food quality and presentation while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items to order, adhering to recipe specifications and health and safety guidelines.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes and wiping down surfaces.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
