As the Talent Acquisition Partner, Strategic Recruitment - you will coordinate and drive all activities that are part of the candidate experience — starting with developing creative sourcing strategies using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, networking, and employer branding, to being the EVP Evangelist in the local community. You will engage and evaluate candidates using structured assessment methods with full transparency towards the candidates. You will guide candidates through the full recruiting process providing an outstanding candidate experience.

This role works with business partners across corporate, digital and brick and mortar properties with a specific focus on Product, Cyber, IT roles and swing coverage for nuanced roles requiring specific sourcing of passive candidates.

Essential Job Functions
- Sources, recruits, and screens passive candidates with an executive search first mindset
- Provide perspective on industry, competitive talent landscape, growth ability, and distinctive attributes
- Remain current on external talent pools, talent personas, salary levels, and other trends
- Engage with technology talent through hackathons, meetups, conferences
- Build scalable talent acquisition framework with consistent candidate experience
- Refine job personas continuously against individuals in roles and progression
- Create and maintain consultative partner relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
- Qualify and define expected duties for positions with stakeholders to attract, qualify, and retain potential candidates for Product Technology roles
- Utilize Excel, Jira, Confluence, and Sharepoint to track information for position requirements and onboarding steps
- Experience as a Technology Recruiter, preferably in a digital native environment
- A keen interest in the Technology world, and savvy enough to talk shop with tech talent
- Experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to take the initiative with little direction
- Deep knowledge of modern recruiting strategies and familiar with sourcing on LinkedIn, Github, Behance, StackOverflow, and other digital platforms
- Worked with an ATS in a high volume and detail-oriented environment (Oracle a plus)
- Strong understanding of Agile ways of working
- Experience as a Recruiter in a cross-functional People team would be a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align the organization on decisions
- Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply
- Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently
