Work Environment

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings by enforcing strict quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions.
  • Conduct performance reviews, recommend wage increases, and handle employee complaints or grievances.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to read and understand documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling employee conflicts.
  • Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and push carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
