Duties

- Provide back up support for our producers after the sale of a policy.
- Providing customer and other information to the insurance companies we represent as they request it.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while addressing client concerns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English.
