Key Responsibilities :
- Phone Management : Answer and direct all incoming calls promptly and efficiently to the appropriate team member.
- Client Interaction : Professionally and proactively greet office guests, answer questions, and assist clients, visitors, and staff with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Front Desk Management : Maintain, organize, and clean the front desk area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Scheduling : Coordinate meetings, client visits, and firm events as needed.
- Office Maintenance : Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, proactively restocking items, and ensuring the office remains clean and organized.
- Administrative Duties : Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, running errands, and assisting team members as necessary.
- Stocking Areas : Ensure the copy rooms, snack room, and lounge are well-stocked and tidy.
- Mail Handling : Collect, sort, and distribute all incoming mail and packages promptly and efficiently.
