In this role, you will partner with the Senior Director of Global Sales Development team to refine processes, drive team performance, and ensure seamless collaboration between sales and marketing functions. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth with your team by identifying, qualifying and closing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing inside sales team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on accountability, continuous learning, and achieving sales goals.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings to provide coaching, feedback, and performance updates.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor team performance, analyze sales metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align efforts and optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Ensure the team provides exceptional customer service and maintains strong client relationships.
- Address escalated customer concerns and develop solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the accurate use and maintenance of CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and performance.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior leadership.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic planning.
Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in building an inside sales team from the ground up.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales metrics, and reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive data-driven decisions.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving results.
- Experience in selling into the restaurant industry more specifically into franchise/franchisees.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus!
- Familiarity with modern sales tools and platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and lead generation techniques.
The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000 (USD).
