Rich-Tomkins company is seeking to add an integral person to their newly expanded territory as an Inside Sales Manager. This role will serve as an important point of contact for the outside team members, existing clients and become the first contact to new business opportunities. This role is designed for a high-achieving remote/hybrid employee that can see a big picture and keep the small details in line to hit company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities for the company and clients such as order processing, customer inquiries and quote review and tracking
- Act as the “right-hand” person to the VP of Sales for NJ/NY
- Develop, build and manage a team as Rich-Tomkins grows their presence in the NYC Metro territory
- Monitor and analyze sales data to track trends and opportunities for growth
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and team members
- Maintain and foster strong relationships with manufacturers, wholesalers and contractors
- Collaborate between Rich-Tomkins departments to ensure streamlined operations for both internal and external audiences
- Support initiatives and processes to propel Rich-Tomkins in growth, strategy and hit sales goals.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service or sales management within the plumbing, HVAC or related industries.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about new products and processes
- Proficient in expected professional skills such as CRM, Google mail and Microsoft products
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Rockstar communicator with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
