Who you are:
The Sr. Pre- Sales Consultant will be responsible for working with the Solutions team, Customers and Sales to gather integration requirements and provide best practices for customers. This role will include creating Statements of Work and providing cost estimates to Customers and Prospects.
The ideal candidate for this position will be an organized, detail oriented individual who also has strong cross-functional communication skills. The candidate will also possess a strong technical background with the ability to translate customer needs into bit sized workable pieces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand project objectives, timelines, and integration requirements.
- Respond to technical RFP/RFI related to integrations and own the SOW process to ensure client expectations are met and delivered.
- Provide technical guidance and solution design assistance to the Pre-Sales team, leveraging a deep understanding of Harri products and integrations.
- Engage with customers and prospects to comprehend their technology architecture and integration needs, driving POCs based on new business and technical requirements.
- Assist in defining, creating, and presenting technical integration workflow diagrams, while handling calls with prospects and customers on technology and product integrations.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless integration intake and serve as a liaison to communicate project status and address any issues.
- Maintain SOW templates to ensure repeatability and support the development and execution of pre-sales strategies and materials for clients and internal users.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the evolution of the intake framework.
- Create business cases and viability analyses for new product and integration requests, while assisting the Pre-Sales Consulting Director in defining best practices and standards for integration intake.
Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, SOW creation and/or estimating projects.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and managing external relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM, SaaS, or other enterprise software platforms is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements to end users and key stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the Restaurant industry, Payroll Providers and/or Point of Sale systems a plus
- Experience with Salesforce
The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $105,000 (USD).
