Job Description:
As a Client Services Associate at Harriett Financial Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that they receive prompt and professional service.
The primary role of the Client Services Associate is to support financial representatives in their daily tasks. This includes preparing and processing client paperwork, scheduling appointments, and documenting interactions via Redtail CRM.
You will also be responsible for submitting correspondence and sales material to compliance for review, informing financial advisors of client issues, and staying up-to-date on industry and company rules and regulations.
Additionally, you will be required to attend branch meetings and conferences, and participate in other projects and tasks as assigned.
