Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties with a Safety-First mentality.
- Work directly with sales & service teams to estimate service projects from start to finish, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine project scope and requirements.
- Generate estimates aligned with company sales, revenue, and gross profit goals.
- Explore alternative solutions to improve bid competitiveness.
- Foster relationships with customers, vendors, and consultants.
- Travel to job sites for data collection, progress assessment, and meetings.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities.
- Prioritize safety in all duties.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Provide monthly forecasts/reports to management.
- 5-7 years’ experience in municipal or commercial industrial industries, with 1-2 years as a service or construction estimator.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to handle sensitive information.
- High energy level and ability to inspire teams.
- Understanding of company and industry processes and regulations.
