Responsibilities:
Sell company products and services to customers who call into the branch by gathering information about their needs, assisting with technical information about company products, soliciting orders and suggesting additional products in a fast paced multi-tasking environment.
Clarify customer’s understanding of products and services by explaining product and service features; answering questions; offering relevant information.
Maintain quality service by adhering to Harrington policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
2-3 years experience or training in industrial wholesale distribution in the pipe, valve and fitting industry preferred
2-3 years of sales experience
