Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach Program Setup: Develop and implement a new SDR outreach program as an individual contributor, including strategies for lead generation and qualification.
- Target Account Identification: Use ZoomInfo or similar marketing and contact databases to identify and prioritize target accounts.
- Lead Generation: Generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
- Qualifying Leads: Contact and qualify potential customers to understand their needs and determine their specific needs for our products or services.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule calls and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline using customer relationship management (CRM) software, ensuring timely follow-up and progress towards sales goals.
- Metrics Capture: Capture and analyze key outreach metrics to measure the effectiveness of the SDR program and make data-driven improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding our customer base.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B or tech industry.
- Skillset: Proficiency in CRM software, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
