We are looking for a Project Manager to join a leading National General Contractor to join a growing Industrial and Manufacturing team. We are seeking someone who has experience in the industrial manufacturing market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project business and serve as main client/engineer contact
- Create and implement safety plans, staging, logistics, and phasing
- Set up and manage project financials including bonding, change orders, and cost tracking
- Administer subcontracts and purchase orders
- Lead quality control implementation and conduct safety surveys
- Expedite materials according to project schedule
- Manage project documentation in Procore and other systems
- Oversee monthly financial reviews, payment processing, and cash flow
- Coordinate with governmental agencies and attend OAC meetings
- Mentor assistant project managers and manage project closeout
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field
- 3 years experience in industrial/advanced manufacturing construction
- Knowledge of cleanrooms, dryrooms, food processing facilities
- Proficiency with Procore and construction management software
- Strong communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
