Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development:
- Design, develop, and implement custom applications on the QuickBase platform.
- Create and maintain database structures, forms, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Utilize QuickBase API and other integration tools to connect QuickBase with external systems.
- Requirement Analysis:
- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- System Maintenance:
- Perform regular system maintenance and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to QuickBase applications.
- Ensure applications are performing optimally and efficiently.
- User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support to QuickBase users.
- Develop and deliver training materials to ensure users are proficient with QuickBase applications.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of QuickBase applications, including design documents, user guides, and technical specifications.
- Document processes, workflows, and integration points.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in QuickBase application development.
- Experience with QuickBase API and integration tools.
- Proficiency in QuickBase development, including creating applications, forms, reports, and workflows.
- Strong understanding of database design and management.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBase API, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with data integration tools such as Zapier, Workato, or similar.
- Understanding of RESTful web services and APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Three (3) years of experience in QuickBase application development.
- Experience with other low-code/no-code platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in project management or business analysis.
Salary:
- Paid biweekly based on 26 pay periods per year, plus benefits
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This role is sedentary, however, the ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds is necessary to lift files and/or boxes of files, documents, etc.
Position Type and Typical Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours may vary based on the business needs of the department.
