Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our already amazing team! This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors while ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong administrative capabilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The Front Desk Patient Coordinator represents the practice in all facets of patient services, which may include, but is not limited to; greeting patients, answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records and coordinating patient flow.
General Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, responding to inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
- Monitors and maintains the office schedule for all practitioners
- Ensure all front desk operations comply with company policies and procedures.
- Assists administration team in task, projects, and day-to-day duties
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Experience in front desk or clerical roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- High level of computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Experience in the dental field is strongly recommended.
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft is ideal.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete tasks in a timely and independent manner.
