Job Description :
Technical Editor / Writer responsibilities include, but are not limited to, generating content for flight and / or maintenance manuals for airborne and / or ground-based mission systems within a structured and non-structured authoring environment (S1000D, Structured FrameMaker, Non-S1000D XML).
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 9 or more years of relevant experience.
- Graduate degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience is required.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Must possess strong Avionics Systems knowledge.
- Must be able to read and interpret engineering documents.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
