Are you an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Building Automation Systems (BAS) or General Construction? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
We are currently seeking a seasoned Project Manager with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of managing complex projects in the Building Automation Systems industry. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the way in the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC and Building Automation projects, shaping the journey from concept to completion.
- Oversee the ordering, receiving, and tracking of materials for each project, ensuring resources are always at hand.
- Coordinate with team members as well as other departments, creating a symphony of synchronized efforts.
- Keep a keen eye on project timelines and quality standards, ensuring every project is a showcase of our commitment to excellence.
- Tackle any issues that arise, providing decisive and effective solutions, keeping projects on track.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement by reviewing completed projects and identifying areas for future improvement.

Qualifications Needed to Apply:

- The capacity to multitask and adapt to unexpected changes, ensuring project continuity despite hurdles.
- A detail-oriented mindset that guarantees no task or detail is overlooked.
