This is a contract role, intended to be 6-7 months in duration.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, professional and creative problem solver with a strong work ethic, drive, leadership ability, and high sensitivity to confidential information. This position is responsible for management of HW’s Anti Money Laundering (AML) program. This includes owning the design, implementation, and monitoring of the program, and ensuring the overall approach remains current with regulations and industry best practice. This person will engage across the firm in the execution of the HW AML program, as well as with PNC in support of their oversight and monitoring efforts. Beyond AML, there is scope for broadened responsibilities and work on special projects within the Compliance team over time.

- Diverse responsibilities: In this role, you will coordinate the day-to-day responsibilities of Harris Williams’ BSA/AML program. You will manage the AML lifecycle of HW engagements from onboarding and ongoing monitoring to closing; screen & vet third parties for Harris Williams’ vendor risk program; research and implement new AML rules and regulations; assist in creation of various AML-related trainings; support HW’s Privacy Program; and manage key tasks such as training reminders, document collection and retention, and testing submissions
