What we're looking for in you
- Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 4 years of experience in talent development, instructional design, and training facilitation.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience leading workshops and training programs (DiSC and Five Behaviors preferred).
- Expertise in learning methodologies including instructional technology, adult learning principles, and training evaluation.
- Proficiency with eLearning tools (Articulate 360 and Camtasia preferred).

Pay Range: $69,345 - $104,018 per year
The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
