We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Client Service Trainees to join our team. As a Client Service Trainee, you will play a key role in building lasting customer relationships, supporting our clients’ growth, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. This Client Service Trainee position offers excellent hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
Client Service Trainee Responsibilities:
- Engage with new and existing customers in-person to answer inquiries, offer product insights, and build loyalty that drives customer retention.
- Become well-versed in the products and services we represent, helping customers understand their features and benefits.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities and assist in meeting sales goals.
- Collaborate with fellow trainees to develop strategies that improve customer experience and achieve team objectives.
- Ensure every customer interaction is positive, address concerns, and deliver excellent service.
Client Service Trainee Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in communications or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- 1 years of experience in client service, hospitality, or a related field is a plus, though we are happy to train the right candidate.
- A friendly, professional demeanor, strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and a customer-first mindset.
- The ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and a passion for achieving goals and exceeding expectations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
