Daily Responsibilities as a Full Time Enrollment Assistant:
- Engage directly with potential customers, building trust and offering guidance on enrollment opportunities and qualifying promotions
- Help customers through the entire enrollment process, from initial contact to resolution of any issues or outlying questions
- Tackle any enrollment/coverage challenges, escalating to the executive team when necessary
- Engage effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and maximizing sales and outreach strategy
- Handle general customer service and support duties, including data analysis and troubleshooting
- Flexibility and adaptability to maximize targeted residential outreach efforts and achieve enrollment goals
Requirements for the Full Time Enrollment Assistant:
- 0-2 years in a customer-facing role, Sales Associate, Retail Associate, or other relevant entry-level positions
- A high school diploma and/or GED is required
- Have reliable transportation to our home location daily
- Demonstrate unwavering professionalism, reliability, and compassion consistently.
- Possess exceptional collaboration skills and a proactive attitude toward generating fresh ideas
