Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of general contracting from planning to implementation on construction project sites
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interact and coordinate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- 5 years previous on-site experience as Commerical Construction On-Site Superintendent
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
