Multidisciplined consulting firm with established office looking to add a talented Project Architect for their Cedar Rapids Iowa team!
Responsibilities :
- Client relation responsibilities including attending client meetings
- Lead internal project teams through the bidding and construction phases of a project
- Project management responsibilities (project planning scoping budgeting and QA / QC)
- Lead the building design process (programming design concept planning and design development)
- Assign tasks to others
- Perform code reviews specification review and preparing cost estimates
- Prepare full construction documents
- Use Revit to produce architectural models (sections / details)
Requirements :
Salary is commensurate with experience.
