Leading architectural and engineering firm is adding a Senior Project Manager with Healthcare experience to their Milwaukee team!
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate project requirements and assist with owner-architect negotiations to achieve an acceptable agreement including fee and schedule
- Complete projects on schedule and within budget
- Achieve maximum client satisfaction
- Negotiate critical issues with all parties involved (architects, engineers, and outside stakeholders)
- Understand healthcare terminology related to services, departments and building types needed
- Manage project design with specific healthcare needs in mind
- Monitor quality of construction documents to ensure project stays on time and within budget
- Mentor / train junior staff
- Develop discipline cost and work-hour budgets and monitor throughout project
- Oversee correspondence / pertinent documents for accuracy, appropriate signatures and legal counsel if needed
- Review / evaluate contractor bids and assist with recommendations
- Assist with business development, including proposal development
Requirements :
Salary is commensurate with experience.
