An industry leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Structural Engineering Director for their Tampa team!
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design of public / private development projects
- Build a strong engineering team (including recruiting)
- Build / maintain client relationships through marketing structural engineering capabilities, project / client interviews, and working directly with facility owners
- Attend meetings with clients, authorities having jurisdiction, and other professionals
- Coordinate with in-house project team members
- Ensure projects meet QA / QC standards including reviewing designs prepared by others
- Lead / work on multiple projects concurrently
Requirements :
Salary is commensurate with experience.
