Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Navigator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding individuals through various challenges related to clients charged in Abuse and Neglect Cases to support parents in meeting their goals and reunifying with their children where possible. The Navigator will work closely with clients to develop personalized plans and enroll in any services that support their journey toward reunification.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- WV Drivers License and reliable transportation and vehicle insurance (required).
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Familiarity with workforce development programs and resources.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of various community services.
- Knowledge of the Abuse and Neglect Judicial System (preferred).
